SETH ADAMS SMITH

So I had the privilege of learning about and speaking to Seth in the middle of making the ARISE album.  He agreed to help us get the word out about the album because of his story with suicide.  I just wanted to make sure we shared his video which powerfully tells his story.  Truly he is a hero that walks among us.  I appreciate Seth because he is willing to be open and vulnerable about the reality of depression and how it can affect any of us and how important a healthy support system is.  Take a minute to watch:
